Article 27 GDPR then requires a designated representative in the Union. The only exception is occasional processing that involves no large-scale sensitive data and no risk to the people concerned. Aiara provides the representative through a specialised law firm, in the Pro Plus package or as an add-on to Pro. Name and address appear in your privacy policy automatically.
