Until now: manual work in the template
Every script had to be rewritten by hand and built into the page template. That required access to the code and usually a developer.
Add Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and five more services right in the Aiara dashboard. You enter the measurement ID and choose the category. The cookie banner only starts the service once your visitors have agreed.
Included in Basic and Pro, for SMEs, agencies and enterprise clients.
Tag management means managing tracking and advertising scripts in one place instead of writing each one into the source code. Under the GDPR and the guidance of the Swiss FDPIC there is a second condition: a script that analyses visitors may generally only load after they have consented. Aiara combines both.
Every script had to be rewritten by hand and built into the page template. That required access to the code and usually a developer.
You choose the service, enter the ID and set the category. The cookie banner takes care of the rest.
From choosing the service to the first measurement takes a few minutes.
In the «Tags» tab of your domain you pick one of eight ready-made templates.
You enter the measurement ID, for example G-XXXXXXXXXX. Aiara checks the format right away.
Statistics or marketing: the service only starts when visitors agree to exactly this category.
Aiara adds the service's cookies to your cookie list and privacy policy. From now on the banner loads the service after consent.
For each service you only need the ID from the respective account.
ID: G-XXXXXXXXXX

For services not on the list. It follows the same rules as the templates and is reserved for organisation admins.
It is connected to your banner, cookie list and privacy policy.
When you add a tag, Aiara adds the service's known cookies with provider, purpose and duration.
Every service is tied to a category. If the visitor declines, it stays off.
Consent is passed to Google Analytics and Google Ads as a signal, so measurement and campaigns keep working properly.
A tag can be switched off and turned back on later without entering the settings again.
Aiara spots wrongly copied IDs before they reach your website.
Set up tags for all client domains in one place, without access to their websites.
Loading the Tag Manager only after consent strips every tag inside it of its consent signals. Aiara therefore recommends consent mode: the container loads right away and only runs what has been consented to. You switch it on in the «Integrations» tab.
Guide: load Google Analytics only after consentTag management means managing tracking and advertising scripts such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel in one place instead of writing each one into the source code of a website. In Aiara, every service is also tied to consent: it only starts once the visitor has agreed to the matching category.
